On May 10, 2019, at the head office of Vietnam Electricity (EVN), the signing ceremony of contract for sales of electricity between Joint Stock Company was held. Hanoi Thien Y Environmental Energy Joint Stock Company was represented by Mr. Li Ai Jun, Deputy General Director and Vietnam Electricity was represented by Mr. Nguyen Danh Son, Director of Power Trading Company.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ly Ai Quan, Deputy General Director of Hanoi Thien Y Environmental Energy Joint Stock Company affirmed: The investor implementing Soc Son Waste Treatment Power Plant Project has operated for a long time and has extensive experience in the field of environmental protection and waste treatment, especially in building plants to burn waste to generate electricity in many countries around the world.   
 

The project is under Group A, special-grade technical infrastructure, special-grade waste power works with a total investment of more than 7,000 billion VND; domestic waste treatment capacity of min. 4,000 tons/day and night; power generating capacity of 75MW, aimed to build the domestic solid waste treatment plant using modern, advanced, EU-origin and environmental-friendly technologies which meet environmental standards and regulations of Vietnam. He emphasized that the signing of contract for sales of electricity with Vietnam Electricity is a very important milestone during the Project period; It not only brings economic benefits to both parities, but also contributes to the socio-economic development in general.
